By subscribing to Quandary Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service in addition to Substack’s Terms of Use.
1. Subscription & Access
Subscriptions are managed through Substack. Payment, billing, refunds, and cancellations follow Substack’s policies.
Your account is for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited.
SMB/organizational access is handled through separate agreements and does not fall under these terms.
2. Content Usage Rights
You may use prompts, frameworks, and tactics shared in Quandary Labs content for commercial purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage Quandary Labs content as your own product.
Sharing occasional excerpts with attribution is allowed. Mass distribution or republishing is not.
3. Intellectual Property
All content published by Quandary Labs remains the intellectual property of Dan Powers / Quandary Labs.
You retain ownership of any work you create using our prompts and frameworks.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
If your subscription is terminated for cause, no refund will be issued.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
